Instructions:
This Bunny Block was inspired by Riley Blake Designs Table Topper Banner of the Month, ‘Hoppy to Meet You’.
1. Cut your fabric to the measurements below.
Pink Border
(2) 2” x 12.5” (A)
Background (White fabric)
(1) 3” x 6” Rectangle (B)
(1) 3” x 4” Rectangle (C)
(1) 3” x 3.5” Rectangle (D)
(1) 3” x 3” Square (E)
(1) 2” x 2” Square (F)
(1) 1.5” x 10.5” Rectangle (G)
(1) 1.5” x 4” Rectangle (H)
(5) 1.5” x 1.5” Squares (I)
(1) 1” x 1” Square (J)
Bunny
(1) 5.5” x 6” Rectangle (K)
(1) 3.5” x 5” Rectangle (L)
(1) 4” x 4” Square (M)
(1) 3” X 4” Rectangle (N)
(1) 1.5” x 5” Rectangle (O)
2. Follow the diagrams below for the piecing instructions for (L) and (I)
*Using your Water-soluble Pen and ruler, draw a diagonal from corner to corner on each of the (I) squares. *Place each (I) Square on top of (L) and pin in place. Sew across the diagonal lines and cut off as shown in picture.
*Iron your seams to your choice of either open or to dark side.
*When complete set aside.
3. Follow the diagrams below for the piecing instructions for (E), (N) and (F).
*Using your Water-soluble Pen and ruler, draw a diagonal from corner to corner on each of the (E) and (F) squares.
*Place (E) on top, to the left of (N) and pin in place and Sew across the diagonal lines and cut off corner.
*Iron your seams to your choice of either open or to dark side.
*Place (F) on top, to the right of (N) and pin in place and Sew across the diagonal lines and cut off corner.
*Iron your seams to your choice of either open or to dark side.
*When complete set aside.
4. Follow the diagrams below for the piecing instructions for (J) and (O)
*Using your Water-soluble Pen and ruler, draw a diagonal from corner to corner on the 1” x 1” square labeled (J). *Place (J) on top of the top left of (O) and pin in place. Sew across the diagonal lines and cut off as shown in the picture.
*Iron your seams to your choice of either open or to the dark side.
*When complete, set aside.
5. Follow the diagrams below for the piecing instructions for (K) and (I)
*Using your Water-soluble Pen and ruler, draw a diagonal from corner to corner on the (I) squares.
*Place (I) on top, to the top and bottom Right of (K) and pin in place. Sew across the diagonal lines and cut off as shown in picture.
*Iron your seams to your choice of either open or to dark side.
*When complete set aside.
