"I love the idea of a storage tower, for my craft and sewing supplies, as it takes less space on my desk. The little compartments are a good size for buttons, sequins, paper clips, pins, plastic beads, wax beads. The handle makes it easy to pick up the tower and move it around. My only issue was the fact that I found it very difficult to open. I had to ask my husband for help and he explained the method, but I still find it challenging. You're basically supposed to squeeze down the bottom while pulling the top up. Maybe it's just me, but it feels very difficult to open. It is a little easier when the box is empty, but once it's full, you can easily scatter stuff everywhere in an attempt to open it. And once you want to close the top down, it makes this cracking noise, like it's about to break into pieces. It's annoying and I'm pretty sure this isn't supposed to happen."

"The Dritz Storage Tower is great for storing all small items in one place. It has 5 clear cylinder containers that stack on top of each other. Each has container has 5sections. The sections are big enough to fit large buttons and small spools of thread. I experienced a small amount of difficulty in opening the hinge lid. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars."

Useful, handy and takes up little space
"I love storage containers. From big to small, they help me stay organized, not just for craft but for nuts, bolts, screws, and much more. When I saw this, I thought I would give it a try. Glad I did. It is perfect for those tiny beads or items you have a few of. The "rings" come off easily from the holder, and the carrier/hanging ring makes it easier to move around. The lids are nice and tight without being hard to open or shut. Overall, I am well pleased with this item."

"The 5 row storage tower has 5 compartments that stack on a middle piece. Each compartment can be taken off the stack and used and then replaced. The latches are a bit stiff at first but become easier to use after a few uses. The compartments have plenty of room for you small items."
