"This elastic is nice and stretchy and holds its shape after wearing for long periods of time. I used it to reinforce a pair of yoga pants that had a drawstring that I wanted to switch to elastic. The elastic has performed well, and is not too tight and holds its shape after wearing it does not stretch out and become extremely loose. I also used it for a pair of gym shorts to get rid of the tie and put in elastic in the ways in the elasrix performed well there as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this elastic for your sewing needs."
