With the Dritz Wood Re-Touch Set Dark, your dark wooden furniture or other wood accessories will always look brand new. This set includes markers in 3 colors which can be used to paint and cover up scratched surfaces of dark wood. Test the wood markers on an inconspicuous area before applying them on the damaged surface and blend the colors for optimum match. It also comes with three colors of wood filler chips for darker woods so you can fill up worn or chipped areas conveniently. The dark wood marker and filler chip repair set makes for a great home improvement accessory.

Usage & Care

Usage Instructions:

MARKERS:

    1. Before use, test marker on an inconspicuous area to check color match.
    2. Choose a lighter shade marker.
    3. Apply color to the damaged area using a light stroke and working in the direction of the wood grain. Immediately remove excess color using a soft cloth. If necessary, apply a second application to darken the color; note that after several applications the color will darken.
    4. Allow to dry completely before touching.
    5. After use, tightly cap the marker.

WOOD FILLER STICKS:

    1. Before use, test on an inconspicuous area to check color match.
    2. Use wax filler sticks to fill in nicks and gouges.
    3. Blend colors for better matching.
