Usage & Care

Usage Instructions:

1. Leave all tabs on the zipper and slide them along the coil until exposed zipper is 2 inch longer than required length. The last tab will be used for your zipper. Pull this tab into the measured section and leave zipper closed.

2. Cut zipper 2 inch longer than required length. Do not unzip.

3. Stitch zipper stops at each end to secure zipper. To do this: set sewing machine to zigzag at widest width and a length of 0.

For bottom stop: Zigzag in place across zipper coil 1 inch from bottom end.
For top stops: Pull zipper tab down 1 inch. Zigzag across the coil on each side.

For safe storage, zigzag over the open end of remaining coiled zipper to prevent accidental tab removal.
