Hi Patty, The main differences between the Twin Fit and the Double Deluxe forms lie in their adjustment features. The Double Deluxe includes shaped areas at the hip, thigh, and crotch for a more accurate fit, and it also features an optional off-set pole to better accommodate pants. Additionally, it has a 5-wheel star base for improved stability. There are also some differences in measurements between the two models, but the key distinctions are the features I’ve highlighted above.
