Works but not ideal
"Hemming is literally my last favorite step in making a garment so I was hoping this would be my saving grace. I think overall it works in that it gives you something to work off of but I still find myself measuring from my waist and making the marks myself to confirm because the lines aren't entirely clear. However I do think I will be using it often from now on and I'm interested in seeing how well it works for different fabrics and colors."

"I went to use this for the first time the other day. Easy to assemble, however, the air hose connecting the bulb pump to the chalk unit had a packaging kink. Thus the air force to distribute the chalk was reduced by having to pass through a smaller volume space. I am trying to work out this kink and will try again."

How do I remove the chalk container from the dorky nozzle? Pull down? Does it screw off?
To remove the cap from the hem marker, simply pull it straight upward. Please note that it does not have a screw-on lid. If you're having trouble, using a grippy material—like a rubber jar opener or even a piece of fabric, this can help improve your grip and make the removal easier.
