Where have these been all my life?!

"I bought some of these (but plastic) a few years ago and they were terrible! I very nearly didn't purchase these metal ones from Handicraft because of those. But I am so glad I did! They thread my machine needles (to 70/10 microtex), my serger needles, and my hand needles! Easy peasy. I have only used one so far, and just hang it on a magnet on my pegboard so it doesn't get misplaced (its so tiny and hard to see). But it makes threading needles a breeze. Even with my aging eyes and not so steady hands, it only takes a moment to thread any needle, and I have tried every single threader gadget known to man. These are the best. Worth it to pay a couple more bucks, IMHO, as they don't pull apart like some other threaders, so one threader lasts thru quite a bit of abuse. They even bend around my serger bits and bobs, so I don't have to remove the needles to thread them anymore. If you struggle threading needles, you have to try these. No more fiddling with the needle from the back. Just poke the single end thru the front of the needle, drop a thread in, and gently pull it thru."

Best threader

"This threader is the best one for sewing machine needles that thread from front to back. In fact, it is the best threader I have found for any needle. It is thinner than the Flexi Needle Threader so it will fit smaller eyes. The advantage is that you work from the front of the sewing machine and you put the thread on the threader beforehand, rather than having to push a wire through the eye from the back and then try to put the thread on."
